1. How to Participate
To join this promotion, the participant must:
- Purchase PMN tokens on Base Network
– minimum required purchase value: 15 USDC
(all tokens purchased remain the property of the participant) - Submit proof of purchase as described below.
- Provide shipping details for the T-shirt.
2. Proof of Purchase
To validate participation, the following must be submitted:
A. BaseScan link to the transaction showing the PMN purchase.
B. Screenshot from BaseScan clearly showing:
- wallet address
- PMN purchase
- transaction value
- timestamp
C. Screenshot from the participant’s wallet app (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) showing the same transaction under “Activity” with the same wallet address.
D. Shipping information:
- full name
- shipping address
- T-shirt size
(Color is fixed as shown in the promotion.)
Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
3. Winner Selection
Only one participant will receive the giveaway T-shirt.
The winner will be the first person who:
- performs a qualifying PMN purchase (min. 15 USDC), and
- submits valid proof according to the rules above.
If multiple purchases occur close in time, the winner will be determined by:
- the transaction timestamp on BaseScan
- the order of submissions
The organizer will confirm the winner after verification.
4. Prize
The prize is a free T-shirt:
“Love, Sex & A Little Bitcoin”
The organizer covers the cost of the T-shirt and shipping via Printful.
The participant keeps all PMN tokens purchased.
5. Additional Notes
- Only one T-shirt is available in this promotion.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject invalid or incomplete submissions.
- This promotion ends immediately once the winner is confirmed.
- No purchase is made directly from the organizer. The participant buys PMN independently on Base Network.
